How do I place an order?

- You can place an order by logging in to the website, create an account and subscribe.

 

Can I order over the phone or through customer service?

- Yes, you can make a phone call to make an order. Just dial (+61).

 

How do I make a return?

- Returns can be done by contacting our customer service. Please check our returns and exchange policy to check if your item is eligible for return.

How can I cancel my order?
- Cancellation can only be done 12 hours from the time it was ordered. Any pre orders can only be cancelled for a credit note. Custom orders can no longer be cancelled.

How do I pay for the order?
- You may for the order by inputting your card details to the website. You can also call our number to make a payment.

What type of payment methods do you accept?
- We accept credit card, debit card ,PayPal , gift cards (from our company only) and After Pay.

How do I send my size?

How long does it take for my order to be delivered for standard delivery?
- Once your order is marked shipped, it may take 10-15 business days to arrive.

How long does it take for priority delivery?
- Australian delivery will take 2-7 business days from the time it was shipped out New Zealand and other countries may take up to 12-15 business days.

How do I track my order?
- Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your Australian Post tracking details.
